The body has its own language and memory. So does the mind and the emotion and the soul.
I noticed this while playing the guitar today. I’m not perfect by a long-shot so I plan to be honest and transparent. Lately I’ve been going through my transformation and I smoke marijuana from time to time. (I’m sorry if this is not appropriate)
Most times when I smoke it I get a sense of “pulling in our landing in or getting smarter growing wiser or enhancing senses and perceptions” kind of sensation. Well as I was “high” this time I was playing the guitar and I started hearing and experiencing different parts of me communicating. While I was moving my fingers on the guitar my mind was communicating with my body.. I was understanding that my body learns by repetition and familiarity… Its memory is repeating and I saw this in all my life how we integrate things into “habit”. This is how the body learns.
Then there is emotions. Emotions have memories and can sometimes intertwine with our mental states and help in creating our world. Emotions are sometimes here and there sometimes with a cause and sometimes they seem to just come out of nowhere. I think our emotions can be very illusive this is the area where we can like what we like and want what we want and not want what we don’t want. (I don’t know if that came out right) although duality is present in them all this is where its more prevelant I feel this is also morals and ways of life and passion and fulfillment anger fear feeling lost depression belongs…. Emotions cannot be controlled I feel they have to be embraced.. I feel that you can correct the memory of emotions sometimes we store pain in this dimension of our lives and these can be seen as blocks and demons or shadows following us this is also where “astral plane” resonates
The mind is a bit faster but I noticed that what ever the mind says is true and false at the same time.. The mind is where we place both conscious and unconcious rules for our existence. Meaning sometimes our childhood and parents establish those rules for us. Things like you can do this you can’t do that. This world is like this is like that. That’s possible that’s not. This mind seems real but its illusory whatever you put there will be true so in the case of feeling this way I noticed that there was a belief that I am understanding this fully because I’m “high” and that I can’t be this clear all the time so I told myself the opposite. I can know this all the time this is where we are deciding the rules to the game that we are playing. Its not to get stuck in.. I feel mentally the goal is not to get stuck on anything you can choose, but to realize you are the one doing the choosing, and that brings us to the soul.
The soul is the guiding force that leads one to make curtain choices to do curtain things. All of these “vehicles” have a speed in time and space but this one is almost instant. I feel that the soul is the individualized peice of God. The separate “part” if you will doing a certain thing and operating the other three vehicles. (Body, mind, emotions). If I had to use an analogy I would say everyone is the same light. Now if you put a plastic see-through colored container over a light. The light will reflect that color. The soul is kind of like that plastic and the color that it is. Its the encasing of the light.
Soo……what is the light?
I feel that the light represents the space that all this is happening in. The emptiness the nothingness that is encompassing everything. The light represents oneness God. Our true essence purely. God conciousiness source the universe there’s many names…
Thank you all for listening this came through me and I’d like to ask does this resonate with anyone, is there something’s you’d like to add or comment about let me know thank you namasté

My gut feeling is that light is this timeless eternal moment right here and now which is perfect. Everything is this light. Life is eternal without numerical time reveals that advaita or life as it is, is what it is. And as every moment of life is energy or light, what is as it is in every moment has to be an illusion of light. Therefore, life as it is, is what it is, albeit illusory. This understanding reveals love and care for everything in life. And with this understanding there is nothing to be afraid of ever for it’s all perfect just as it is. The problem arises when we try to control or change what we do not want for what we do want. We have to want what we’ve got if we are to find lasting peace and happiness. Wanting what we haven’t got is our suffering.
More on what is light….
The human being is a machine operated by electricity/Light.The machine can do nothing without a power source – the power source can do nothing without the machine. The human machine can never know it’s maker. If it could, it would be like a bread toaster knowing it’s maker. When a machine comes to life / animation via the electricity flowing through it – that unknown energy appears to give the machine it’s life.Does the light/electricity give life to the machine, or does the machine give life to the light? Or are they are mutually interdependent….one without a second? One without a second cannot know it is alive/life – and cannot know it is dead /unborn. A machine cannot know it’s maker – making it’s animating light un-knowable – therefore, the appearance of realness in the machine is an illusory creation of un-knowable invisible transparent empty light….reflecting /appearing as an apparent solid world. This is not the evidence of realness, it is the revelation of the unreality of what we only believe to be real.
This understanding helps us to relax and enjoy the natural peace of our presence which is light. We can participate in the drama of living and dying if we want, but we don’t have to believe it is what we are, we can leave the drama any time we want and rest in the light, but we can never leave the light because we are it.
Live light is the best policy and the key to eternal happiness and peace.
Thanks for reading.
