I know everything what you say. I agree with you. May be my expectations about the world are not met as I suppose. May be subconsciously I believe I am carrying the whole world on my head. I swing between two extremities always. I feel some sort of disappointment may times and crumble. Certainly, I know, it is another form of Ego only. The reason for this may be that I am the head of the family and I thrust excessive burden on my head and get disappointed always.

When the expectations are more, happiness will always elude. Yea. As you say it is all my own projections only.
